We currently only ship within Italy and the European Union.
All gaming PC builds are shipped with full insurance to cover the cost of the configuration. If there’s any damage during transit, we will need your cooperation to file a claim with the shipping company and resolve the issue.
Yes, we offer a “3-Day Working Condition Warranty” to ensure your PC is in full working condition after transit. If you encounter any issues during this time or would like a refund, please contact us immediately.
If an order was placed by mistake and needs to be refunded immediately, the customer will receive the total amount of their transaction minus any credit card/transaction fees that accrued during the original purchase.
If you encounter problems with the setup after the 3-day warranty period, do not attempt to fix the issue by yourself. Please contact our technical support for assistance.
Warranty exclusions include digital products or consulting services, products released in drops, and hardware modifications not expressly performed by us, overclocking, undervolting, BIOS updates, software installation, peripherals or external accessories, and data losses.
For shop products, there is a 3-day warranty for defects from delivery to the buyer and a 6-month warranty for RMA on hardware and related issues.
